Shipping

From our US online store we currently ship to the US and Canada. For other countries visit namuk's international online store.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the US on orders over $200 with Standard UPS® Ground shipping. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

For deliveries abroad, customs surcharges may apply at the border, which are basically to be paid by the customer. Prices for exports from Switzerland do not include VAT, as this will be charged directly to the customer by the respective customs office.

When can I expect my order?

  • Standard shipping: within 2 to 5 business days depending on the city of destination via UPS® Ground.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also sign into your account on www.namuk.us using the email address and password you used during checkout. Your info is all there!

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@namuk.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Why does my ordered article look different from the product photo on the homepage?
We photograph the products in the best possible quality, with many detailed photographs. But it may happen that the product you ordered has a different appearance in terms of color, material, etc. on the home page, depending on how your screen is set up.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
